  1. Is Mamita a catering company? Or a restaurant?
    Mamita is an innovative concept. We like considering ourselves as your personal cooks and we care a lot about your well being. We cook healthy gourmet homemade meals.

  2. Who are your main clients?
    We serve all types of clients. Our main clients range from students to working professionals and large families all looking for a practical way to eat consistent, healthy delightful meals in the comfort of their homes and offices.
     
  3. When and where do you deliver? 
    We deliver on Wednesdays and Sundays between 5pm and 8pm to the following areas: Downtown, Côte-des-Neiges and parts of St-Laurent and Laval. H2C; H2L; H2V; H2W; H2X; H3A; H3B; H3C; H3G; H3H; H3J; H3M; H3P; H3R; H3S; H3T; H3V; H3W; H3X; H3Z; H4C; H4N
  1. What are the accepted methods of payment? Can I pay by cash upon delivery? 
    We accept payments via PayPal/Credit cards and Cash on delivery. PayPal is the fastest, safest way to pay online. The service allows members to send money without sharing financial information, with the flexibility to pay using their account balances, bank accounts or credit cards. Visit www.paypal.com to create an account. It’s fast and easy.
    Non-Paypal users do not require an account to pay by credit card.
    If you decide to pay upon delivery, please make yourself available for the first delivery.
  1. How should I conserve my meals at home? After how long do the meals become inedible?
    The meals can be conserved in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days and in the freezer for 2 weeks.
  1. Can I insert your packaging in a Microwave?
    Yes, the packaging is microwave and dishwasher friendly. We suggest leaving the meals in the microwave for an average of 2-3 mins.
  1. Who is your Chef? Where are your offices and kitchens situated?

  1. What happens if I am not home to receive the meals during one of the delivery dates? 
    We have specially added for your convenience the option of a different address to which you would like to have your meals delivered. Before you place your order make sure you pick the right address. Special requests will be taken into considerations.  We will otherwise, try contacting you or leave the meals at your door.
  1. Do the credits I own expire after a certain time? 
    Your money does not have an expiry date.
  1. What happens if I am not satisfied with your meals? Do I get reimbursed?
    Comments are always appreciated. If you find a meal unsatisfactory (inedible) we will be happy to credit you a new meal. 
  1. Are there any delivery fees? Are taxes and tips included?
    There are no additional taxes or delivery fees, Mamita only asks for a smile :)
  1. What types of meals do you serve?
    Mamita is currently specialized in Mediterranean cuisine. We are constantly expanding our range of meals to offer the most enchanting cuisine from the 7 continents. Please visit our “Contact us” section to let us know more about your suggestions and preferences.
  1. Does Mamita operate all year long?
    Apart from a 2 weeks Christmas holidays break, Mamita operates all year long.
  1. Will you be expanding to new areas? 
    We are constantly looking to serve new areas.
  1. I am allergic to some products. Can you customize my meals? 
    Special requests can be taken into considerations.

  1. I would like to open Mamita in my city. Can you help me?
    Yes, only if you are motivated to help Mamita expand further. We are currently looking to expand to other cities.
